I recently stayed at Principe Di Francalanza Bed & Breakfast and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to historic sites and the center of the city. The building itself exudes charm and history, giving it a unique and nostalgic atmosphere. The staff, who speak Italian, were friendly and accommodating. Although we encountered a small issue with the shower, the hosts quickly resolved it with efficiency and kindness. The breakfast provided was modest but sufficient, with delicious coffee served every morning. the exceptional service and hospitality of the hosts made our stay truly memorable.
Nothing - everything was great! 😊

Beautiful room with style and balcony in a lovely location. Confortable for 2 adults with 2 small children. Free parking in front of the door. Spotless shared bathroom. Lovely breakfast experience. Helpful and kind host. Soulful stay.
Felt cozy, no reason to complain.

The location was perfect, all the main sights were just a few steps away! The breakfast was amazing, delicious pastries and omelettes were just some of the many options available. The room was very clean and cozy and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest.
The lack of a fridge was inconvenient, especially during the hot summer days. The internet connection was a bit unstable at times.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Catania. the location is perfect as it is within walking distance of all the main sights in the center of the city. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. One particular staff member, Melina, was eager to help and was always there when we needed assistance. Additionally, the rooms with balconies overlooking a square were a lovely touch, and it was great to be able to relax on the little terrace as well. Lastly, the breakfast served on the terrace was delicious, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruit and great coffee.
Everything was absolutely fine and I had a wonderful experience.

Our stay at this centrally located B&B was delightful. We spent three nights here, exploring the city's sights on foot. The elegant interior transported us to a bygone era, and the welcoming smile of Luigi and Melina made us feel like family. The breakfast on the balcony, tailored to our preferences, was a lovely touch. We will definitely book this place again!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was tasty and had a decent variety. The location was convenient as it was close to public transportation and restaurants. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.
The building felt old and had an eerie vibe, especially when taking the stairs. The surroundings were run down and felt unsafe, causing concern for leaving a car parked nearby.

Located opposite an impressive church, this hotel boasts an excellent central location. The rooms are kept clean and tidy, with frequent housekeeping and a good breakfast with quality options like croissants and homemade omelette. The rooms are well maintained and come with clean bathrooms with basic amenities. The host is friendly and attentive to guests' needs, and can cater for the personalised breakfast needs of many guests.
While the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, some guests have mentioned the property itself may be in need of refurbishment and is an old building.

All was good.
